Todae ii had learnt alot from mr gwee (vball teacher) ,thanks to you =)
After hearing ur thoughts,ii noe de job for eu was indeed tough and tiring budd despite de difficulty of ur work ,eu may nv seems to give up on this cca,i must say eu had realli touched me as a teacher. In this camp, ii could recalled de most memorable experience was everyone of us lookin at de sky,lying on de ground and hearing everyone thoughts,it was jus sho diffirent from any other camp.This activity had made me realized de hardship eu and muii fellow teammates had experienced.This ishh a great camp organised by eu and MS LIM. =) thanks MS LIM too,eu'r great.

TO:muii fellow teammates
I noe it ish hard for 6 different person to gather together and plae as a team.Everyone had different views and thoughts about the common thing,budd ultimately the six of eu as a team are striving for the ultimate goal .Although ii also feels that it aint easy working with one another budd eu al mushh remember that eu guys are ppl seniors and now not only eu aall mushh try to solve ur own problems budd yet eu all mushh set an examples for the c'gurls. It ishh bitter for one to stay in de team with so muchh problem and yet unabling to settle these problems within team and eu gotta stay with these unsightful conflict everytime eu every heard or witness,ain't this unbearable? Guys, remember, as a team, now not only with you urself alone as an individual budd there are ppl who ishh working together with you to helping you to succeed,you mushh however learn to be more sensitive to others and being able to cared for others ferr than urself,if eu only cared about oneself, how would others look at you?During a debrief,ur objective should be there to settle wad may seems wrong with the team budd not pin pointing at anyone else except ur self .If eu are de guilty one,please admitt ur wrong sincerely and apologize to the team as this fault of urs had caused everyone unhappiness isn it .Although de quieter ones in de team did not sae out doesn mean that they agreed with wad eu had done in de team sho guys no matter whether who eu are,eu maybe not realized that ur act had caused anything to anyone sho please ask someone whether wad eu did in the team ishh right or wrong.You are now in de team sho wad ever eu do will have a greater impact than eu urself as an individual ones. This ishh wad ii had learnt in the past and from eu guys,ii felt it ishh time eu all sit down and have a nice talk and solve the problem calmly as this problem mushh be solved as time ishh not on our side. "TEAMWORK IS THE FORCE BEHIND OUR PROGRESS." ISn't some of life greatest memories comes from playing and working as a team??you all mushh never lose sight of the fact that the foundation of quality is teamwork okiie =) Guys in de past including mie we used to compare SHEN jiao lian and DE WEN jiao lian rite after wad ii heard from mr gwee ii felt guilty and maybe he was right bahs every coach has each own teaching style.Sometimes we may feels that he was unbearble when he loses his cool budd we mushh not forget how muchh he had did for us during this period of time. I thank hiim sincerly* annd ii would wan to apologize to him when chances arises about muii grave mistake for comparing him and made de cc'gurl now following muii example, Deeply ii feel guilty.=( guys ii am glad that eu guys had no longer did that. PLEASE be more understanding as the coach and eu al have the common goal in mind.Remember it . I noe it may be hard to bear with it budd remember live ur life like everydae is de last dae, enjoy every moment as life it short this ishh wad muii dear had alwaes taught mie .THANKS dear =)
I SINCERELY HOPED THAT NO ONE WOULD BE UNPLEASED WITH MUII THOUGHTS AS THIS ISHH WAD II FEEL DEEP DOWN.
ii finnally managed to sae out wad ii realli feels ,no biasness budd ii meant well for the team .REALLY. GUYS,GAMBETTE!!
